Chris Salt

Chris was the main developer on our open source lab information management system, MISO. He joined EI in August 2015 and brings with him a wealth of development experience gained from years working in the commercial sector.  A passion for best practices such as unit testing, code review and continuous integration have improved the stability of our system and increased its maintainability since he began.

Chris was also the main support contact for MISO, so any bug fixes or new feature requests will ultimately ended up in his inbox. He maintained relationships with external collaborators around the world who help to push the project forward.

Outside of work Chris enjoys rock climbing, bass playing, reading and socialising.
