Victoria Razzell

I joined the Earlham Institute in early August 2012 providing administration support to the Directorate team which then developed into the Business Support team. Business Support are responsible for all travel and subsistence throughout the organisation, as well as facilities management, ordering of business supplies and the organisation/overseeing of arrangements for both internal and external meetings.

Additionally, I am responsible for the administration of EI's absence management system and training.  I work with the Senior Operations Manager (Deputy COO) on all office refurbishments and in the internal projects team,  as well as health and safety responsibilities for the building which includes induction’s of all new staff.  

Before joining EI, I spent several years working in Recruitment, Optical Training and running a small Stained Glass Company.
