I joined the Earlham Institute in March 2022 as the Head of the Earlham Biofoundry. My role is to provide access to the Biofoundry, and to contribute to the development of the platform.
Before joining the EI, I worked for the 2Blades Group in The Sainsbury Laboratory, based on the Norwich Research Park. My work involved collaborative projects with industry, focussing on translational research to advance durable genetic solutions to crop diseases, to secure global flood supplies.
I obtained my PhD in Plant Biology at Buenos Aires University, Argentina, before working for the biotech company BIOCERES-INDEAR.
