Collaborative OPen Omics (COPO)
COPO is a data brokering portal to describe, store and retrieve data more easily, using community standards and public repositories that enable the open sharing of results.
Biography
I am a Research Software Engineer working on Collaborative Open Omics (COPO).
Prior to coming Earlham Institute, I worked in Hong Kong with industrial experience in software development and system engineering. I obtained my Bachelor degree of computer engineering and MPhil degree of Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong.
